Plant Operator/Industrial Dryer Operator

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant Operator/Industrial Dryer Operator to join our Industrial Sand processing team. Duties

- Operate and monitor industrial dryers, ensuring optimal performance and safety during the drying process

- Perform materials handling tasks including loading, unloading, and moving raw materials or finished products using forklifts or hand tools

- Maintain accurate records of production data, machine maintenance logs, and quality control reports

- Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, fabrication projects, or packaging operations to meet production deadlines

Qualifications

- Mechanical knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, welding, fabrication, and tooling setup

- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse handling equipment safely

- Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations required in manufacturing tasks

- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety protocols within a manufacturing environment

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
