Dispatcher

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our growing team. This role works closely with the Project Coordinator, Field Supervisors, and cross-functional departments to forecast, plan, and coordinate future scheduling and staffing needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient field operations while maintaining strong communication and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively participate in and comply with all company safety policies and programs

- Plan, coordinate, and direct field-level work to ensure operational efficiency

- Create, maintain, and monitor driver schedules

- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and operational challenges

- Deliver excellent customer service and effective problem resolution

- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

- Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders

- Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, and reporting

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous dispatching or related experience is considered an asset

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract

- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in computer systems and applications

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Experience with Axon, WiQ, Ironsight, or Motive is considered an asset
