The Training Director is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support the construction and operational readiness of TNC personnel. This role ensures the workforce is qualified and capable of performing assigned duties safely and effectively across all phases. Responsibilities include training program oversight, personnel qualification, curriculum development, performance assessment, regulatory compliance, leadership and management, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires a minimum of 8 years in Commercial Nuclear Power, at least 5 years in Training Program Development or Delivery, supervisory or management experience in training, strong knowledge of NRC, INPO, and ACAD requirements, and nuclear plant operations experience.
