Summary

The Director of Sales and Marketing will lead the strategy and execution of sales and marketing efforts for NAES’s Rooftop Inspection and Repair vertical. Focus on expanding market presence, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships by leveraging a deep understanding of industrial services and proven project management expertise. Develop and implement strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets and position NAES as an industry leader.


Primary Duties


Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand market share across industrial and commercial sectors
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
Lead contract negotiations with key clients, ensuring profitable agreements that align with NAES’s strategic goals


Marketing Leadership:

Oversee the development of marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and highlight the vertical’s value proposition
Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted messaging, case studies, and sales collateral
Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to drive lead generation and client engagement


Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Ensure client satisfaction by aligning offerings with client needs and delivering exceptional service
Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts, providing insights and solutions that add value


Team Leadership and Development:

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement


Performance Metrics and Reporting:

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing initiatives
Provide regular reports to senior leadership on revenue performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities


Working Relationships

The position this job reports to the VP of Rooftop Services


Compensation

The initial compensation will range from $195,000 - $225,000


Education and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred


Years of Experience:

10+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a focus on industrial or technical services
Five years of experience managing a team of professionals


Specific Skills and Knowledge

Proven success in building and scaling sales pipelines, achieving revenue growth, and driving market expansion.
Strong understanding of industrial maintenance, inspection, and repair services.
Familiarity with leveraging CRM platforms and digital marketing tools for lead generation and client management.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
