Purpose
The goal of the Director, Sales Operations is to maximize revenue growth through the development, implementation and on-going maintenance of sales strategies, programs, and initiatives. This role will work across geographies and closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance leaders as a key advisor in the design, implementation, and optimization of the go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities•Sales Operations Strategy, Process & Change Management: Leads sales operations strategy and Management of Change (MoC) initiatives, including integration across business units' post-acquisition, and the design and implementation of best-in-class sales processes, training, and discipline to ensure alignment and consistency
•Strategic & Hands-on Leadership: Navigates seamlessly between hands-on execution (e.g., process design, metrics) and strategic collaboration with senior leadership. Builds, leads, and measures the performance of a high-impact Sales Operations team aligned with business goals; works closely with the senior leadership team to ensure sales strategies are fully aligned with overarching business goals, providing strategic guidance and operational support across departments
•CRM, Tools, & Compliance: Oversee end-to-end sales data governance and compliance with legal and contractual obligations. Defines and implements tools and CRM technologies to boost productivity, ensuring adoption, data quality, and alignment with sales standards.
•Sales Planning, Budgeting, and Resourcing: Partners with Sales Leadership and People & Culture to lead sales planning efforts, including quotas, budgets, headcount, expense forecasting, customer targeting, and workforce/resource optimization to maximize efficiency and performance
Qualifications & Requirements
•A bachelor's degree in business or related education is preferred
•Must be proficient in spoken and written English
•Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience is required
•Proven experience leading and engaging cross-functional teams across multiple locations, ensuring alignment and collaboration toward shared business objectives
•Intermediate knowledge of CRM solutions
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
•Led or co-developed negotiation strategies for commercial agreements (e.g., pricing, terms, service level agreements).
•Occasional domestic and/or international travel (20%)
