Position: Roofing Sales Manager
Location: Florida

We are a company specialized in solar energy with solid operations already in place, and now we’re expanding into roofing. This is your opportunity.
At Bluenergy, we are launching our dedicated roofing division and are looking for an entrepreneurial profile with strategic vision and commercial drive to lead and scale it across Florida.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
•
Develop, structure, and lead the roofing sales team.
•
Inspect roofs, prepare estimates, and guide customers through the decision-making process.
•
Offer high-quality roofing solutions and close deals with confidence.
•
Build strong client relationships and represent Bluenergy with professionalism and transparency.
•
Position the brand as a leading provider in both residential and commercial roofing.
REQUIREMENTS:
•
Proven experience in door-to-door or roofing sales (required).
•
Independent mindset with an entrepreneurial approach and results-driven attitude.
•
Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust.
•
Physical ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections.
•
Preferred: experience leading teams.
WHAT WE OFFER:

100% commission-based structure (1099), with significant commissions and strong performance incentives tied to goal achievement.

Projected annual earnings between $80,000 and $250,000+.
•
Top performers earn over $500,000 per year.
