As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and effectively promoting our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate, and a proactive approach to lead generation.

Responsibilities

Conduct product demos to showcase the features and benefits of our Roofing Installation Services.

•

Engage in Roofing sales by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

•

Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective territory sales strategies.

•

Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

•

Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.

•

Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities.

•

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

•

Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in construction sales or Roofing sales is preferred.

•

Strong understanding of Roofing products and their applications in various industries.

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

•

Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.

•

Demonstrated success in lead generation and business development initiatives.

•

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

•

A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
