Position Overview
We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead and scale our company’s daily operations. This role is designed to support company growth by optimizing processes, recruiting top talent, driving revenue, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Director of Operations will take ownership of operational efficiency, team management, and financial performance, allowing the owner to focus on vision and expansion.
This is a full-time, hybrid position that requires a hands-on leader who can work both remotely and on-site when needed.
Key Responsibilities
•Talent Acquisition & Team Growth
•Hire and onboard 5 skilled technicians to grow the field team by December 2025.
•Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer-first service.
•Ensure proper training, development, and retention of employees.
•Operations & Process Development
•Streamline scheduling, job assignments, and workflow management.
•Develop efficient processes to delegate administrative tasks, improving productivity.
•Support field teams with resources, troubleshooting, and strategic communication.
Revenue & Profitability
•Oversee budgeting, financial tracking, and operational expenses.
•Ensure profit margin targets are met, optimizing job pricing and cost efficiency.
•Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
•Manage key accounts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
•Oversee customer service and maintain a consistent 5-star rating.
•Communication & Leadership
•Act as a liaison between leadership, field teams, and customers.
•Conduct regular team meetings, ensuring alignment with company goals.
•Maintain clear documentation of processes, policies, and performance metrics.
Compensation & Benefits:
Total compensation ranges from $95,000 to $120,000, which includes base salary and a performance-based bonus, and is commensurate with experience. The benefits package includes three weeks of paid vacation.
