We are currently seeking a highly motivated Director of Operations to join our team and support the continued growth of our company within the oil and gas industry.
Highly qualified candidate may be considered for the role of Vice President of Operations or even Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
· Direct and manage the company’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency through strategic planning and oversight of engineering, finance, and manpower to achieve company objectives.
· Report to and work closely with the Company President, bridging strategy and execution by developing operational plans, improving workflows, and controlling budgets to align with corporate goals.
· Lead and support global business development activities, with a particular focus on the North American market.
· Lead business negotiations, and manage client relationships
· Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring effective coordination and communication at all organizational levels.
· Develop and implement employee policies and performance evaluation processes.
· Implement company-wide policies and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
· Perform additional tasks and assignments as directed by senior management.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
· Proven experience as a Senior Manager or Director in the oil and gas industry, particularly with compressor packagers or compressor end users.
· Working knowledge of acoustical pulsation, vibration, and stress analysis for mechanical equipment, including reciprocating compressors and pumps, piping systems, pipelines, and structures.
· Familiarity with on-site vibration measurements and site surveys is an advantage.
· Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to drive organizational efficiency.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
