Griffin is looking for a Sales Manager to add to our winning team to work on site inside our Watertown, WI headquarters.

- Business School graduate preferred but not required
- CO-Managing the company sales team and sales strategies and systems
- Managing direct reports and department in various areas of operations
- Communicating with accounts (account maintenance)
- Intermittent travel for to ~6 trade shows per year
- Reporting monthly on all dept sales and activities
- Assisting with interviewing and hiring for various positions
- Solid understanding of computers and systems
- Ability to learn software and data manage quickly
- Well spoken, personable, and professional
- Ethical and dedicated to "the golden rule"
- Motivation to succeed daily

Compensation is base salary plus commission. Career position includes competitive health insurance benefits, vacation / PTO, and bonus' . Re-location bonus available for qualified candidates.
