We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Business Development to join our team and drive business growth and commercialization efforts.

Job Summary

The Business Director will play a key role in shaping Bhawin’s business strategies, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence. This position requires a visionary leader with a strong business and technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to develop and manage key relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve company growth objectives.

Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Lead commercialization efforts for Bhawin’s nanomaterials and lithium-quasi solid state battery technology.

Oversee operational efficiency and drive continuous improvements across all departments.

Maintain and update the company website to reflect business developments.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with industry stakeholders and funding agencies.

Present business performance reports to executive leadership and the board of directors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred) with a strong scientific or technical background.

Proven experience as a Business Director or in a senior leadership role within a technology-driven industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment.

Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and market research.

Must be a U.S. Citizen and a Michigan State resident due to contract requirements.
