Are you a strategic marketing professional who’s ready to build and scale a brand? Noble Key Supply—a company founded by experienced locksmiths—is seeking a Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and grow our reach across the country.

We’re not your typical supply company. We’re fast-moving, customer-focused, and built by people who understand what our customers actually need. Now, we’re looking for a driven marketing professional to help us take that message further.

What You’ll Do:

•

Own and lead the development of Noble Key Supply’s marketing strategy

•

Drive customer acquisition through digital marketing, content strategy, content creation, email, SEO/SEM, and social media

•

Build and execute campaigns that highlight our competitive advantages: everyday low prices, high-quality inventory, fast West Coast shipping, and real industry knowledge

•

Work closely with our sales and leadership teams to align marketing with growth goals

•

Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns

•

Oversee branding, creative direction, and customer communication

•

Manage agency or freelancer relationships as needed

What You Bring:

•

Ambition, creativity and the ability to execute. B2B, e-commerce, or a supply-based business experience is valued.

•

Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies from the ground up

•

Strong understanding of digital channels and analytics tools

•

Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

•

Experience in or knowledge of the automotive locksmith or aftermarket parts industry is a plus, but not required

•

Self-starter mentality with a passion for brand-building
