JM Test Systems is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Marketing to spearhead our marketing efforts and play a pivotal role in our continued growth. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on driving brand visibility, executing data-driven campaigns, and leading high-performing teams.

🔍 What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership & Planning

•

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that grow brand awareness and drive revenue.

•

Lead and mentor a skilled team and manage external agency partners.

•

Align marketing initiatives with company goals through close collaboration with Sales, the CRO, and department leaders.

•

Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI and support business objectives.

Marketing Operations & Execution

•

Oversee the execution of digital, content, social media, and traditional marketing initiatives.

•

Leverage customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to inform campaigns.

•

Ensure consistent, high-impact brand messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.

🧠 What You Bring

Required Experience

•

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

•

7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

•

B2B or industrial marketing experience strongly preferred.

•

Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, and brand development.

•

Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
