About Go Flooring
Go Flooring is one of the fastest-growing in-home flooring companies in the U.S., offering luxury vinyl, carpet, tile, and hardwood with full-service installation. With rapid national expansion underway, we’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Marketing Director to lead our customer acquisition efforts and drive high-quality B2C leads at scale.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior-level marketer ready to step into a leadership role, build high-performing funnels, and shape the future of Go Flooring’s growth—on-site at our Charlotte headquarters.
Who You Are:
•A performance-driven marketing leader with a proven track record in paid media, digital strategy, and B2C lead generation
•Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta, and full-funnel campaign design
•Analytical and ROI-focused—you speak CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates fluently
•A cross-functional collaborator, comfortable managing vendors, in-house teams, and marketing operations
•Experienced in home services or similar verticals where local marketing and appointment-driven funnels are key
•Ready to bring strategic vision and hands-on execution to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team
What You’ll Do:
•Lead the development and execution of Go Flooring’s national and local marketing strategies
•Own and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other performance channels
•Design and manage full-funnel lead gen strategies, from awareness to appointment booking
•Collaborate with landing page, design, and CRM teams to maximize conversion and customer LTV
•Track and analyze marketing KPIs, optimize performance, and report results to executive leadership
•Test new markets, audiences, platforms, and creative to scale winning campaigns
•Guide creative strategy for ads, landing pages, and other conversion assets
•Build and lead a high-performing marketing team as the company scales
What You Bring:
•5+ years in marketing leadership, ideally in a DTC or home services environment
•Expert-level proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and marketing attribution tools
•Deep experience in lead gen, audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion optimization
•Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills
•Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar), Zapier, and lead routing best practices
•Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
•Comfortable working on-site full time at our Charlotte HQ
