PURPOSE
Role and Responsibilities
•Collaborate with sales and product market specialists to fully understand marketing and communication needs.
•Based on assessment, draft and propose communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
•Assist with writing and finalizing speeches for Sr. Leadership.
•Pull reports and assist in evaluating the success of campaigns when completed (reporting and statistics for email, paid media, etc.).
•Assist and manage social media content.
•Participate in marketing/communications strategy development and implementation.
•Manage successful completion of multiple communication-related projects simultaneously.
•Write and maintain marketing-related content on digital platforms.
•Coordinate multiple details and deadlines with accuracy and urgency.
•Create, implement, and manage multiple communication flows and digital marketing campaigns.
•Implement and manage direct mail campaigns in coordination with print management.
•Write, edit, and proofread marketing content for a variety of audiences to be used across multiple communication channels or campaigns, including print collateral, mailers, emails, letters, websites, blogs, social media, etc.
•Create and maintain digital content, such as websites, landing pages, blogs, and social media channels, and write for search engine optimization.
•Implement content marketing and assist with social media strategies and tactics.
•Perform other marketing duties as assigned.
NATURE AND SCOPE
ANALYTICAL
Some analytical evaluation and interpretation of company goals and procedures are required for increased knowledge that will be beneficial in this position.

Approximately 25%-40% of the employee’s time is spent planning work.
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED (minimum required job-related knowledge)
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
•Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
•Strong computer skills are required in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
•Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
PREFERRED
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
•Experience writing content with a marketing voice for a variety of audiences with the ability to adhere to writing styles/rules.
•Experience with email marketing and digital marketing campaigns.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal office working conditions, moderate level of stress due to deadlines and multi-tasking. Last-minute requests, accuracy required. Approximately 10% of time required for travel. Some lifting up to 15 lbs. at times. Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.
