Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Paid Lead Ad Campaign Manager to oversee and optimize our paid advertising efforts on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube. This role is essential to driving qualified leads, maximizing ROI, and scaling our customer acquisition funnel through data-backed decisions and creative ad execution.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement performance-driven ad strategies focused on lead generation across Meta and YouTube platforms.
•Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align campaign messaging and targeting with overall business objectives.
•Build, manage, and optimize lead generation ad campaigns, including targeting, bidding, budgeting, and creative testing.
•Monitor daily campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to improve KPIs such as CPL (cost per lead), conversion rate, and ROAS.
•Analyze performance data, generate reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
•A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
•Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes, ad formats, and best practices on Meta Ads Manager and YouTube/Google Ads.
•Leverage advanced audience targeting strategies, including retargeting and lookalike audiences.
•Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and data privacy regulations.
•Work with the tech team to ensure accurate tracking via UTM parameters, pixels, and conversion APIs.
Core Qualifications:
•2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns on Meta and YouTube.
•Proven track record of driving lead generation and meeting performance targets.
•Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics, attribution, and conversion tracking.
•Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (YouTube), and tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar.
•Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear actions.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier).
Preferred Skills:
•Basic video editing or familiarity with video ad formats.
•Experience managing ad spend of $10k+/month.
•Familiarity with industry-specific compliance requirements (e.g., for finance, healthcare, education).
