About the Role
We're a growing Toronto-based company looking for a reliable and detail-driven Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our close-knit team. You’ll wear multiple hats, supporting the sales team, keeping the CRM sharp, crafting marketing collateral, and digging into the numbers with our accounting team to understand what’s driving results. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role with real impact.
What You’ll Do
•Manage customer follow-ups and client communication to support ongoing sales efforts
•Keep our CRM system updated and organized, tracking leads, deals, and key contacts
•Coordinate with accounting to understand top-performing products and customer trends
•Assist with marketing initiatives: website, flyers, brochures, and campaign materials
•Source and evaluate new products or marketing tools for the team
•Track and update the team on sales appointments and weekly performance
•Support the sales team with presentation decks, lead lists, and prep materials
•Step in for “front of the house” duties, if needed: answering calls, greeting visitors, etc.
•Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools, adjusting strategies as necessary for optimal results.
What You Bring
•3+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a marketing or sales-driven environment
•Solid knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
•Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
•Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
•A self-starter mindset, someone who’s proactive, dependable, and eager to grow
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
•Knowledge of product management principles and practices is a pus.

This position is Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Benefits include medical, dental, lucrative commissions and performance bonus.
