The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a systems-minded operator who loves bringing structure to complexity and driving real-world impact. As our project portfolio expands, you’ll move solar projects forward by executing critical workflows and improving the processes behind them.

Specifically, you’ll execute and refine a range of tasks across Wunder’s solar portfolio. Many of these tasks are structured, software-enabled workflows inside Astra, our proprietary development platform. You’ll take ownership of these workflows, driving throughput, ensuring high-quality execution, and continuously improving the underlying processes.

Through this work, you’ll gain deep exposure to the inner workings of solar development at scale. Wunder’s ability to deploy assets quickly and consistently is powered by Astra, which encodes market intelligence, identifies patterns, and automates large portions of execution. You’ll collaborate closely with Wunder’s Technology team to refine the logic, data, and automation that guide development and ensure consistent quality.

About You

- A Strong Foundation - You’re a recent graduate with a solid foundation of career experience from a previous internship, part-time, or full-time role. This could be in Project Management, Solar Development or adjacent industries that provided you with the tools and resources to be comfortable executing mission-critical tasks, managing details, and building scalable processes.

- You Keep the Ball Moving- You take pride in executing clearly defined tasks with accuracy and speed. You stay organized, hit deadlines consistently, and keep work moving so the team can deliver projects without bottlenecks.

- You’re Detail Oriented - You know the devil is in the details and you go the extra mile to ensure all your i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed. You’re able to translate nuanced requirements into step-by-step processes that ensure consistent quality.

- You’re Eager and Ready to Learn - You are at the beginning of an exciting career and you’re ready to get your feet wet and learn all about how the solar development world works. You want to get your hands dirty and try new things, all while saving the planet.

Salary & Equity

The base salary range for this role is $58,500 - $78,000 base comp per year. We also offer equity in the form of stock options as a part of the overall compensation package. Wunder determines the successful candidate's compensation package throughout the interview process based on experience and expertise, and the final compensation package will be discussed with the candidate during the final stages of the interview process.
