How You’ll Make An Impact
- Develop and maintain production schedules using ERP and planning tools.
- Adjust plans to meet changing material availability, equipment status, and customer priorities.
- Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure timely resource availability.
- Monitor progress and revise schedules to guarantee on-time delivery.
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Lead and guide scheduling staff to achieve departmental goals.
- Utilize ERP systems to track production plans and maintain accurate records.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in production planning/scheduling within manufacturing.- 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and scheduling software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
