Customer Success Manager

We're seeking an experienced and highly organized Customer Success Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our portfolio of clients. You'll be responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-lasting client relationships and ensuring their success with our services. This is a full-service role that requires a proactive, strategic mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.


Responsibilities


Trusted Advisor

- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted expert for clients in all areas of digital marketing.

- Manage day-to-day inquiries as well as high-level strategic discussions.

- Anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions to strengthen long-term relationships.


Digital Strategy Development

- Create, present, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

- Focus on a strategic mix of SEO, paid search, and website development.

- Support recommendations with data and oversee the successful execution of campaigns.


Client Communication

- Maintain regular communication with clients, including at least one proactive touchpoint per month.

- Review performance, share actionable insights, and identify opportunities for growth.

- Ensure clients feel informed, valued, and confident in our ability to exceed expectations.


Performance Measurement & Reporting

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across key metrics.

- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

- Present results in a compelling way that highlights direct business impact.


Collaboration & Leadership

- Partner with internal teams including SEO specialists, PPC managers, and web developers.

- Ensure flawless execution of campaigns, delivered on time and aligned with client objectives

- Coordinate team efforts to maintain alignment with overall client strategy.


Qualifications

- Experience: A college degree in marketing or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 7-10 years of prior experience in digital media. Must have a proven track record of managing a high volume of clients and a deep working knowledge of SEO, paid search (Google Ads, Bing, and Meta properties), and website development.

- Skills: Strong organizational skills are non-negotiable. You must be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines, utilize project management tools like asan and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently and proactively, using data to drive results, is essential.

- Mindset: You should be a proactive problem-solver with a high level of integrity and a genuine passion for helping businesses grow. You're a strategic thinker who can evaluate client needs, identify opportunities, and effectively present and defend agency proposals. You must be able to uphold a high standard of quality in all situations.

Additional Qualifications

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- Business experience in a client service organization.

- Strong project management capabilities.

- Detail-oriented (contracts, budgets, timelines, resources, and staffing).

- Strong negotiation skills regarding client requests.

- Solid understanding of digital marketing.

- Must be located within the United States and available to work 9 am - 5 pm PST.

- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.

- Other duties as assigned.

- Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination are sufficient to complete computer-based and written tasks.

- Ability to be prompt, present, and available during your designated working hours, attend meetings and appointments on time, submit assignments by the deadline, and respond promptly to messages, emails, and voicemails.
