Customer Success Representative

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Manage sales order fulfillment from purchase order acceptance through shipment and warranty phases

- Drive “clean order” initiatives to streamline order entry and reduce throughput time

- Collaborate with engineering to deliver complete, high-quality drawing packages

- Process change orders and coordinate with internal teams to manage post-order adjustments

- Support revenue goals by resolving shipping holds and attending revenue meetings

- Handle return authorizations, concessions, milestone billing, and overdue invoices

- Apply lean methodologies to improve processes and conduct problem-solving events

- Communicate shipping schedules and proactively resolve potential delays

Your Background

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent experience

- Work authorization to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship

- Onsite availability at our Alamo, TN facility

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus

- Understanding of general accounting principles

- Strong organizational and basic project management skills
