This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing support via phone and email. Daily tasks include managing customer accounts, updating records, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires effective communication and a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
