Job Description
Accuenergy is a Toronto-based company dedicated to research, design and manufacturing of multifunction power meters and other instruments. We also provide advanced technological solutions for distribution and industrial power system automation.
Responsibilities:
•Order Processing: Enter and process sales orders with high accuracy using Zoho Books and SharePoint. Planned transition to Microsoft ERP system within 3-6 months.
•Internal Communication: Collaborate with internal teams (production, warehouse, purchasing, and sales) to confirm lead times, meet changing customer requests, troubleshoot replacements, and update data across platforms.
•Customer Communication: Confirm order receipts, update customers on lead times, and coordinate order fulfillment. Provide excellent customer service through professional and timely communication. Unreasonable hospitality should be the goal.
•Support Ticket Management: Manage support tickets through Zoho Desk and provide timely responses to inquiries. Assist customers with order updates, shipping details, and order fulfillment issues.
•Order Management: Responsible for orders as they go through from order received to order shipped stage
Requirements:
•1+ years of experience in a customer service or data entry role, ideally within a technical or manufacturing environment.
•Data entry accuracy / High attention to detail
•Time management and working with deadlines to prioritize tasks
•Strong communication skills across a range of mediums
•Experience with Microsoft suite of products
•Adaptable to changing systems and processes
•Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Desired Skills
•Previous experience with Microsoft ERP Systems or ticketing-system for customer service
•Ability to quickly connect with people and form relationships
•Strong listener who is able to pickup on requests and requirements through conversation or emails
