The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for seeing orders through from a customer’s first contact to their receipt of and satisfaction with the products. To this end, the Customer Care Specialist efficiently and effectively answers incoming communications, fields complaints, arranges returns or order cancellations, reports and corrects errors, and tracks order progress. A major objective of the Customer Care Specialist is to elevate and retain the company’s image as a world class organization.

The Customer Care Specialist sees orders through from a customer’s first contact to their receipt of and satisfaction with the products, efficiently and effectively answers incoming communications, fields complaints, arranges returns or order cancellations, reports and corrects errors, and tracks order progress. A major objective of the Customer Care Specialist is to retain the company’s image as a world class organization.
Below are typical examples of the work you will be performing:
•Serves as single point of contact for our customers on customer support related issues, by interfacing with other departments and personnel to provide timely and accurate information and solutions to all customers, representatives, and distributors.
•Process orders according to department procedures.
•Works closely with credit department to resolve Disputed Credit issues.
•Works with sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
•Works closely with Shipping team on order shipment logistics and tracking.
•Resolve customer complaints and assist customers with returns.
•Enter project/job information into sales logics for all orders.
•Efficiently and effectively participates in the management of emails that come to the Customer Care Shared Inbox.
•Provide backup when receptionist phone lines are full or when receptionist is unavailable to answer calls or be at front desk.
•Process reports including the monthly beginning and ending balance, quantities used and resulting sales orders to reflect monthly billing for inventory used.
•Disseminate consignee inventory information daily into tracking system for consignee feedback to be verified and entered inventory report.
•Enter project reports into computer system promptly.
•Help management and reconcile of Domestic and International Consignment warehouses and ensure consignment orders are shipped quickly, efficiently, accurately, and economically with cost saving procedures.
•Other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
•High School Diploma or GED
•1-3 years’ experience in Customer Service
•Order and fulfillment process experience
•Proficient in Microsoft Office products
•Sage 100 (formerly MAS 90) preferred, not required
•Can effectively navigate ERP and CRM software solutions preferred, not required

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
