Key Responsibilities
•Process and manage customer orders from receipt through delivery
•Coordinate with shipping departments to ensure timely product delivery
•Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, and updates
•Process invoices and work closely with accounting department
•Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
•Track shipments and manage delivery schedules
•Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
•Monitor and update order status in real-time
•Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Required Qualifications
•1 year of business to business Customer Service preferred
•AA Degree highly preferred and can be accepted in lieu of experience
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
•Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•Experience with order processing systems (preferred)
•Customer service experience (preferred)
