We are looking for an experienced customer care office admin who has business office experience to join our team. The position will entail administrative duties such as answering calls, scheduling, ordering materials, billing, tracking the progress on projects, and communicating with customers, vendors and internal team members. This position will provide vital assistance to the not only our external customers but to our internal team as well
Having excellent communication and advanced phone & computer skills is a must. The right candidate will be able to learn from the ground floor and grow within the company.
