We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our operations in Siler City, NC. This role is essential to maintaining the a high level of service our customers expect. If you're driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
At Pico, our Customer Service Representatives are the frontline connection between our customers and the company—resolving inquiries, building relationships, and ensuring every interaction reflects our core values.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide accurate information on products and services, helping customers navigate solutions
- Process and enter orders for new or additional products and services
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and resolutions
- Ensure timely and professional follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer support
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall team goals

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience
- Experience in high-volume phone call settings (preferred)
- Experience in the oil and propane industry (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Service-oriented and the ability to resolve customer grievances
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to new technologies and systems
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, using a phone, and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds as needed in order to safely assist with duties around the plant
- Must pass pre-employment screening and background check
