Williams Energy is a full-service energy supply and service company delivering heating oil, propane, and other fuels to residential customers as well as offering plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services. Our primary headquarters is in Braintree and we have a second office in Marshfield. Our company has been in business since 1919 and our service area is the greater South Shore region of Massachusetts. Our mission is to supply HVAC and plumbing needs to South Shore area homeowners in a reliable, convenient, and professional manner.
We are currently seeking a full-time / part-time employee to fill a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our Braintree office. As the person primarily answering our phones, your job duties include courteously greeting callers, determining the reason for their call, and answering questions or directing their requests to a different department as necessary. Many of the inbound calls are emergency in nature and thus require a person that can think and act quickly to resolve the issue(s).
Personable, patient, team-oriented, and a good communicator are all traits required of the person that will fill this role. A background in customer service and office administration are highly preferred characteristics for the new hire. We are looking for a full-time employee to hire primarily working in our Braintree office, but can be flexible with some work from home days.
Experience within these functions is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate(s).
