- Accurately document all customer interactions in ServiceTitan and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution.
- Process customer payments securely and in compliance with company policies.
- Handle escalated or complex customer calls from our AI Digital Assistant.
- Listen actively and empathetically to address concerns and provide clear, confident solutions.
- Maintain professionalism and composure during high-stress or emotional interactions.
- Support outbound engagement for renewals, customer retention, and proactive communication.
- Collaborate with the AI support team to identify recurring challenges and recommend improvements.
- Participate in regular training sessions to strengthen communication, service, and technology skills.- High school diploma or equivalent (required); 2+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and data-entry skills; CRM experience (ServiceTitan a plus).
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing systems and processes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
- Consistent follow-through on documentation, scheduling, and compliance.
- Adaptability to technology and confidence collaborating with AI tools and digital systems.
- Weekly pay plus performance-based incentives ($800–$1,000 total per week).
