As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll ensure every customer inquiry is handled accurately, efficiently, and with professionalism — supported by the latest AI tools that simplify processes and eliminate repetitive work.
You’ll be the steady, confident point of contact who ensures follow-through, accuracy, and trust with every customer interaction.
- Work alongside our AI Digital Assistant to handle inbound and outbound customer communication efficiently.
- AI manages simple tasks and routine inquiries, allowing you to focus on higher-value, decision-based customer needs.
- Handle escalated or complex calls routed from the AI system with calm, confidence, and clear communication.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in ServiceTitan, ensuring follow-up and resolution on every account.
- Process payments securely and in full compliance with company policies.
- Track open items and coordinate with service teams to ensure every job, schedule, or renewal is completed accurately.
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate with our AI support team to recommend workflow or system improvements.
- Participate in team trainings to enhance communication, technology use, and service quality.- High school diploma or equivalent (required); 2+ years in customer service, scheduling, or call center work (preferred).
- Strong administrative, organizational, and data-entry skills with CRM experience (ServiceTitan a plus).
- Confidence using technology — including AI tools — to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Dependable and detail-oriented, with consistent follow-through in documentation and scheduling.
- Calm and professional under pressure; able to manage multiple priorities logically and effectively.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on clear, solution-oriented responses.
- Weekly Pay $800- $1000 (incentives included)
