Fuel NRG is seeking an Office Assistant to help with the daily administrative operations and customer service. As a locally owned and operated business, Fuel NRG has strong values in community and high-quality service. We look for team members that exemplify this quality.

Fuel NRG offers both fuel delivery and HVAC services (installs, maintenance, service) across Southern NH.

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, self-directing individual able to undertake a variety of office support tasks. This position can be hyrid or fully remote depending on the candidate (ability to focus and has a quiet space available). The primary role is to manage incoming calls and communications with customers; including taking fuel order requests, some scheduling and account management. More advanced candidates have experiencing in dispatching service and/or fuel drivers. This level of experience would reflect in the hourly wage.

Responsibilities

- Front-line coverage of multiple communication paths with customers - phone, email, text message, social media

- Record delivery details for fuel orders and input into computer software to assist with routing (within guidelines outlined by Manager and software)

- Field and schedule service calls, annual maintenance appointments, and estimates

- Coordinate with other team members for scheduling and customer inquiries

- Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues

- Other job duties within scope as required

Skills

- Working knowledge of computer systems and social media platforms

- Team-oriented, comfortable in knowledge transfer and continual learning

- Clear, concise communication - verbally and written

- Professional, pleasant demeanor shown through respectful communication and problem solving

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Required)
