We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed orientated person with great customer service skills and mindset to join our team!
Candidate must have strong work ethic and a friendly personality. Experience and knowledge of the industry is extremely helpful but will train the right individual.
· Assisting customers on the phone, via email and in person. Assisting in scheduling services, reviewing account balances, taking payments, and answering customer questions regarding their account.
· Managing customer accounts; some of which may be complicated or unique to ensure payment is received. This may include research, validate data, and working with departments in the company to ensure accuracy of accounts.
· Communicating efficiently and working closely with various departments and management.
This is a full-time position Monday through Friday 8:30- 5:00 pm with mandatory overtime in the winter until 6:00 pm. Saturdays & Sunday shifts needed throughout winter season.
