Under the supervision of the Woodland Operations Manager, the Customer Service Rep provides customer service and billing support to Woodland Branch customers as well as other related duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Serves as the primary contact for customers calling in for assistance.
- Performs credit checks to clear customers for delivery.
- Inputs and updates all customer account information.
- Works with other Woodland Branch employees (Sales, Dispatch, Delivery Drivers) and other InterState Oil branches to coordinate customer service support as needed.
- Handles invoices, purchase orders service work orders and billing.
- Produces customer account aging reports for collections.
- Regular attendance is required.
- Responsible for other/additional duties as required by Supervisor/Manager

- Requires basic math, reading and writing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- High School Diploma or GED required.

- Office environment with moderate noise.
- Must be able to sit and work at a computer for up to 8 hours a day.
