Customer Service Representative

Fawcett Energy, an 131 year-old family-owned heating and air conditioning company, is looking to expand our existing service team in the Kingston MA area. Are you capable of creating conversations that place the customer at the center of our business? We are looking for individuals with strong problem solving skills who are ready to listen and engage thoughtfully with our customers while multi-tasking, creating relationships and thinking on your feet. You will need a positive attitude, excellent phone etiquette, computer experience and strong written and verbal skills. We are looking for someone that is able to assess situations and apply sound judgement and customer relations skills to efficiently resolve customer needs and issues.
