Overview
We are looking to add a team member to provide outstanding customer service, as that is what this Family owned and operated company is built on. You will be a friendly face to the customer as they walk through the door. Answering phones promptly will be valued as you will be the first impression for visitors and vendors alike. Once answered, you will be able to determine who to direct and forward them to. You will be a key liaison for our team, assisting with taking orders , relaying orders and giving information to the appropriate personnel.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts and information.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback or inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments accurately when required.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other applications for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Competence in using computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when necessary.
