Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess strong phone etiquette, data entry skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service along with experience in accounts receivables and accounts payable.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and typing speed and accuracy. Prefer experience with Excel, Word, and QuickBooks but we are willing to train the right person.

This is a professional office position available for an established company. The schedule is Monday - Friday from 9 AM – 4:30 PM with 1-hour non-paid lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

*Candidates must be available M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM to cover when others are gone.

The right candidate will be extremely reliable, very personable, in search of a position that offers a variety of tasks, capable of typing at least 35 words per minute, and available Mon-Fri 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with availability to stay on a rare occasion until 5:00 PM when needed without hesitation.
