· Answer telephones and greet customers at front desk
· Take customer orders for aviation fuel and aviation related services
· Complete daily records and data input into software
· Complete customer invoicing and receiving of payments
· Arrange for catering, make customer hotel and car rental reservations
· Operate a passenger van to shuttle customers
· Do light cleaning, including mopping of floors
· Take initiative and anticipate customer needs, accept responsibility and take appropriate actions
· Adhere to company policies, and foster a safe work environment
· Must be able to work various shifts between 05:00 and 22:00 over 7 day week
· Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
· Computer literate, Microsoft XP, Office 2000, Word, Excel, Outlook
· Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
· Excellent time management and ability to multitask
· Ability to work with minimal supervision in a teamwork environment
· Works well under pressure with decision making skills
· Ability to work well with other and maintain a respectful workplace
· Due to location, reliable transportation is essential
