$23 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

•

Ensure customer account information is up-to-date

•

Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot

•

Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries

•

Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary

•

Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction

•

Utilize scrips to gather customer information and offer options to help customers resolve problems

•

Communicate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

•

High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent

•

Previous work in a customer-facing position

•

Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills

•

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Associated field of study

•

Previous Experience in a Call Center, Office Environment with a high call volume or related field

•

Ability to type 40 words per minute
