$23 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:
•Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
•Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
•Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
•Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
•Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
•Utilize scrips to gather customer information and offer options to help customers resolve problems
•Communicate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
•High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
•Previous work in a customer-facing position
•Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
•Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Associated field of study
•Previous Experience in a Call Center, Office Environment with a high call volume or related field
•Ability to type 40 words per minute
