We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to help grow our landscape company. This role balances client relationships, sales, and service coordination — and strong office skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
•Bring in and onboard new clients
•Retain and support current accounts
•Upsell services like cleanups and irrigation repairs
•Oversee job quality and follow through on client concerns
•Work across multiple software platforms to track jobs, schedule services, and manage communication
You’ll need:
•Strong computer and office skills — you’ll be using several software programs daily
•Solid communication and follow-up habits
•A results-driven mindset with attention to detail
•Ability to juggle client needs, scheduling, and internal operations
•Sales or customer service experience preferred
