Customer/Account Service Associate

Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, we are a leading provider of generator and installation, maintenance and service to homeowners, businesses and industries across the region. Zabatt is committed to providing world-class customer service with comprehensive consulting and service after the sale. We are currently seeking dynamic Account Service Associates to join our growing company.

The Account Service Associate is responsible for handling incoming service calls and emails, opening/closing work orders and assist in overall management of service/client accounts. Other duties include coordinating/scheduling field service installation, repair and maintenance of residential and/or commercial generator equipment, preparing reports, quotes and assisting the Service Department and Team Lead with day-to-day operations. This position serves as the liaison between customers and field technicians. This is a full-time, on-site position with a normal work schedule of 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with a rotating on call (nights/weekends) schedule.

Qualified candidates will have previous customer service, account management, and/or service dispatch experience. Must be highly organized and detail-oriented. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English. Strong proficiency with computer/office systems and software programs required. Previous experience in similar field/industry preferred. A strong work ethic, high standards of integrity and reliability are a must. Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent education. Successful completion of drug screening required.
