Our Customer Service & Sales Associate team is filled with ambitious and talented individuals who incorporate a passionate spirit into everything we do.
Our Customer Service & Sales Associate develops and executes plans, coordinates sales and customer-focused campaigns, and maintains positive relations related to community impact strategies focused on changing the lives of individuals and families who may be struggling. You’ll serve as the focal point for our clients, ensuring all their needs are satisfied while going above the expectations set. To perform well as a Customer Service & Sales Associate, we are seeking future-focused individuals who are dependable, organized, goal-driven, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment!
Responsibilities For A Customer Service & Sales Associate:
•Engage with customers directly to provide top-quality service and educate customers on our clients' products and services
•Preemptively think of possible obstacles our community members face daily to find an effective solution and assist in their enrollment process
•Attend training seminars with the Customer Service & Sales Associate team and client meetings to become an expert in developing relationships that will last a lifetime
•Contribute to the success of the Customer Service & Sales Associate team by meeting and exceeding sales goals, collaborating with colleagues, and sharing insights
•Stay up-to-date with our product line, services, and company offerings to deliver accurate information to customers
•Report daily and weekly sales metrics of our entry-level team to upper management
•Identify holes of weakness in the sales delivery process and devise a coaching plan to improve each Customer Service & Sales Associate team member
