From our multiple locations, we rent specialized electrical test equipment used by our client’s technicians nationwide to test switchgear, transformers, cables and other electrical infrastructure. We own a $15+ million fleet of test equipment from top OEMs (including Doble, Omicron, Megger, Fluke and HV Diagnostics) and use an advanced cloud-based ERP system to enable smooth rental logistics and asset management.
The CRM Marketing Specialist
will report directly to the
Marketing Manager.This role is
full-timeand
on-sitein our
Houston, TXoffice with occasional travel to our satellite locations in Burr Ridge and Phoenix, and travel to industry trade shows nationwide.
- Learn A-Rent’s customer base, rental fleet, and industry terminology
- Create, maintain, and monitor customer and contact data in the NetSuite CRM system, ensuring accuracy and system integrity
- Research and analyze company websites and LinkedIn profiles to accurately categorize businesses
- Identify key customers and contacts for targeted marketing and sales outreach
- Collaborate with customer service, finance, and sales departments to support customer growth initiatives
- Collect, record, and analyze lead source and customer origin data
- Generate reports and provide insights on CRM data trends
- Assist with customer survey initiatives
- Create, segment, and execute email and other marketing campaigns based on customer behavior, demographics, and preferences
- Represent A-Rent at industry trade shows and marketing events by setting up and disassembling booth materials and displays, handing out promotional items, and interacting with attendees
- Contribute to our overall team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- 1-2 years of hands-on CRM experience
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications or a related field, although other relevant backgrounds will be considered
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience with tradeshows and promotional events
- Experience with email marketing campaigns and social media marketing
- Experience with CRM integrations and AI tools is a major plus
- Experience in the electrical infrastructure industry is a major plus
