Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing omni-channel marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and strengthen our brand presence. This individual should be well-versed in social media management, digital advertising, and marketing tools, with the ability to seamlessly move between creative design and data-driven analysis.


Key Responsibilities

- Develop, execute, and optimize paid and organic digital campaigns across channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and more.

- Manage social media strategy and daily content calendar to drive engagement and brand awareness.

- Utilize tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEMRush to monitor performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.

- Design or assist in the creation of marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Support B2C lead generation initiatives, ensuring campaigns align with business goals and customer needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and deliver an exceptional customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure SunnyMac remains innovative and competitive.


Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 5-10 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with proven success in B2C campaigns.

- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and other digital tools.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
