The Corporate Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in driving brand visibility and corporate marketing initiatives. This role oversees programs supporting corporate events and sponsorships, corporate social responsibility, creative services, brand narrative and reputation, communications, media buying, advertising creative, and driving SEO initiatives supporting brand.
The Corporate Marketing Specialist ensures all corporate marketing activities are strategically aligned with the company’s overall brand positioning and business objectives, enhancing value for customers, partners, and employee-owners.
- Partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to align corporate marketing activities with strategic business goals.
- Develops, manages, and executes corporate marketing programs that supports brand awareness and strengthens company reputation.
- Supports initiatives across all corporate marketing and brand platforms.
- Assists with managing media buying and advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and brand voice.
- Guides and manages SEO initiatives tied to corporate campaigns, websites, and content to drive visibility and engagement.
- Coordinates corporate sponsorships, corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and community engagement programs to maximize impact and visibility.
- Supports creative direction and ensures consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Measures effectiveness of corporate marketing initiatives, including advertising ROI, SEO performance, and PR/brand impact, with regular reporting on KPIs.
- Stay current on industry and market trends and best practices in corporate marketing, branding, and communications.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, required.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate marketing, brand management, or communications.- Demonstrated success managing programs such as PR, events, sponsorships, CSR, advertising, and/or internal communications.
- Experience with media buying, campaign optimization, and SEO strategies.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, marketing strategy, digital media, and multi-channel communications.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Creative suite.
- Collaborative, proactive, and able to work effectively across teams and with senior leadership.
