Crew Truck Labourer

Job description:

We are looking for Crew Truck Labourers / Steamfitter Apprentices to join our team in the Fort St. John area.

Minimum Qualifications:

- H2S Alive (Required).

- First Aid Certification (Required).

- CSO (Required).

- Oilfield Experience: 1 year (Preferred).

- As this is a safety-sensitive role, all candidates must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test to be considered for the position.

Responsibilities and duties

- To be successful in their trade, our Labourers & Helpers need to:

- Use their hands skillfully.

- Have attention to detail.

- Have mechanical ability.

- Perform lifting and physical labour.

- Work independently and take direction from supervisors.

- Work as part of a team to ensure all targets are met.

- Have basic computer knowledge and neat, accurate paperwork.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Work is completed in a field environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions; and extreme cold and/or heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. The employee is frequently required to sit, climb, and use hands to handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, and reach with hands and arms above their shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move anywhere up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
