Haul Truck Driver

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Experienced Operator to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE WITH REFERENCES IS REQUIRED. We are not able to train for this position.

Duties

- Operate off road articulating haul truck in accordance with safety protocol.

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance and fill out daily reports.

- Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.

- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.

Qualifications / Skills

- Previous experience in an operator role is required, with references.

- Heavy Equipment experience required. Articulating Haul truck required. This is an off road vehicle, so no CDL is not required.

- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely.

- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

- Attention to detail and commitment to following safety guidelines of MSHA.

- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements.

- A valid driver's license and transportation.
