Job Description

As aRecruitment SpecialistatFLINT, you will take the lead in attracting top-tier corporate talent across departments such asFinance, Marketing, Environment, and Operations. In thisfull-time, in-office position, you will design and execute innovative recruitment strategies and play a key role in strengthening FLINT’s reputation as anemployer of choice. This is a6-month temporary opportunityideal for a hands-on professional who can move quickly, deliver results, and thrive in a competitive talent market.

What would you be doing?

•

Create compelling job postings and proactively source potential candidates utilizing various channels/methods, headhunting, job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.

•

Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills, and experience.

•

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening and conducting interviews, facilitating background checks and offer stage process ensuring a positive candidate experience.

•

Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders including hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to fill these roles.

•

Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other recruitment initiatives and build a strong talent network.

Qualifications

•

Five years’ experience with proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including resume screening, interviewing, and coordinating pre-employment testing to ensure seamless hiring processes.

•

Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders, with a track record of recruiting across diverse disciplines, including technical and skilled trades roles.

•

Proficient in leveraging sourcing tools and platforms, such as experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), focusing on data accuracy and consistent candidate engagement.

•

Skilled in behavior-based interviewing across multiple formats, including in-person, phone, and video, ensuring a thorough and consistent evaluation process.

•

Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities and requirements.

•

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong commitment to delivering a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage.
