Location: South of Metro Detroit (approximately 30 minutes outside the city) Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule (3 to 4 days on-site per week) Salary: $120K–$170K base + 20% bonus + unlimited PTO

Role Summary

Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Recruiting to lead and modernize hiring across a high-volume, multi-site organization. This is a key leadership role focused on optimizing systems, building scalable processes, and driving recruiting excellence across both frontline and corporate functions.

In this role, you’ll manage a growing team, support company-wide hiring initiatives, and serve as a key partner to senior leadership during an exciting period of organizational growth.
