• Customer facing Contracts Manager

• A lot of NPI- not just recurring hardware

• Exp in new awards

• Term and conditions

• Negotiation

• Reviewing NDS’s

• Product specific agreements/Product schedule agreements

• Aerospace preferred- Military /commercial or electronics mfg.

• Understanding of basic principles of export compliance

• Exp in manufacturing- not service-related field

• 10% travel in the US
