Construction Supervisor

We’re seeking a licensed Construction Supervisor to oversee insulation projects under the Mass Save Program throughout Western Massachusetts.

This role requires a valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) and hands-on experience managing residential and light commercial construction sites. You’ll ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and program specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise insulation projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with Massachusetts building codes, safety standards, and Mass Save program requirements

- Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and project managers to maintain timelines and quality standards

- Conduct site assessments and inspections to verify readiness and compliance

- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for each project

- Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and internal teams

- Be available for occasional weekend work as required by project schedules

Qualifications

- Valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) – unrestricted or restricted

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in insulation, weatherization, or residential energy efficiency projects

- Strong understanding of Massachusetts building codes, safety regulations, and energy efficiency standards

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in the field

- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred

- Familiarity with the Mass Save Program and building science principles is a plus
